Processing & Production Time

 

• Made-to-Order Process: Please note that most of our products are made to order. Our high-quality, handcrafted designs require a detailed procedure of steps that begins immediately after your order is placed.

• Time Allowance: To ensure your items arrive when you need them, we kindly ask that you place your order with ample time allowance to account for both production and shipping transit.

Shipping Options and Estimated Transit Times

 

We offer two primary shipping methods globally. The times listed below are estimated transit times after your order has completed production and processing.

Standard Shipping	18 – 24 business days	Our most economical option.
Rush Shipping	13 – 16 business days	Recommended if you need your item sooner.
Custom Orders	18 – 24 business days	Custom-sized items fall under the Standard Shipping timeframe once production is complete.

Important: Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. While we aim to meet these estimates, transit times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing (for international orders).

Worldwide Shipping

 

• We ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by the destination country's government. These charges are not included in your total at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges Shipping

 

• If you are exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover the cost of shipping items back to us.
