Returns & Exchanges
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Because our items are handcrafted and often made to order, all sales are final, and we do not issue monetary refunds. We only permit exchanges for a different size of the same item under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer a one-time size exchange for eligible, non-custom items if the fit is unsatisfactory.

Exchange Window: You must initiate the return and ensure the item is postmarked within 10 business days of the shipment's arrival date. Returns postmarked outside this window will be rejected.

Item Condition: The item must be returned in its original, pristine condition:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Free of any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) or signs of use.

All original tags must be attached.

Limit: Only one size exchange is permitted per individual item purchased.
2. Items Ineligible for Exchange (Final Sale)
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or altered:

Custom Purchases: Items that were custom-sized or modified per your request.

Discounted Items: All items purchased on sale, using a promotional code, or marked as "Final Sale."

Worn or Damaged Items: Any item that does not meet the "Item Condition" requirements listed above.
3. Exchange Process & Shipping

Initiate Exchange: To request a size exchange, please email our Customer Service team at [Your Customer Service Email Address] within the 10-business-day window with your Order Number and the New Size you require.

Await Confirmation: We will confirm stock availability for the new size and provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Inspection and Shipment: Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets all eligibility requirements, we will ship the new size to you.
4. Sizing Responsibility
We encourage all customers to measure carefully. It is ultimately your responsibility to order the correct size using our detailed size chart and measuring guidelines before checkout.
